Work with consultants to ensure that all F,F & E plans and specifications are complete, coordinated and within the approved budget.

Review construction drawings and specifications to ensure co-ordination with F,F & E documents.

Participate in design presentation on a continuing basis, as required, to ensure proper coordinated development of design document and budget control.

Provide cost input to consultants, as required, and review sources.

Review construction program and effect on F,F & E installation schedule.

Prepare list of all items to be purchased and allocate responsibility for purchasing.

Prepare detailed quantity requirements for all back-of-house items, operating supplies, spare stock, etc. and review with operator.

Verify all quantities prior to final commitment.

Coordinate on-site F,F & E installations with general contractor to ensure smooth turnover to operations.
