  Assist Owner’s and/or Operator’s on-site F,F & E coordinator with the following:

(i) Review purchasing and control procedures,

(ii) Review warehouse/product delivery procedures,

(iii) Review invoice approvals and accounting process,

(iv) Installation program,

(v) Deficiency inspection,

(vi) Hand over procedures,

Establish method of installation, i.e. warehouse all goods prior to installation in project or ship directly to project. Also, identify type of labour force to be used to install all items.

Prepare and monitor detailed schedule for delivery and installation of all items for all areas.

Obtain critical dates from general contractor regarding Owner supplied items and expedite deliveries to ensure compliance.

Provide final inspection check list to Owner/architect for implementation before opening.

Supervise preparation of inventory and final deficiency list by F,F & E coordinator and assist in rectification of deficiencies.

Assemble final documentation and turn over set to Owner and/or operator, i.e. consultants’ specifications, warranties, purchase orders, product maintenance, etc.
