Efficient Project Management Technology
Our software system, APEX™, a web-based and real-time procurement and accounting software, streamlines and simplifies details into accurate and reconcilable reporting. Because APEX™ is web-based, our clients and their project team members benefit from the flexibility of having 24/7 access to budgets, purchase orders, delivery status, committed cost reports, and a variety of cash management reports for detailed accounting.

Superior Cash Management
We pride ourselves in our project cash management skills. A checking account is opened for each project and for the project's duration all activity is sent to our clients monthly after reconciliation to the bank statement. Compiled and included are copies of all check payments to vendors along with invoices.

Detailed Close Out Reporting
In order to discover any possible balance of liability, owners need detailed reporting. Our close out reporting accounts for all purchase order totals including change orders, revised totals, and amounts paid in merchandise, tax, freight, and overage. At the report end, all dollar amounts received from our client are listed and reconciled to the project cost. In addition, our system tracks and provides sales (use) tax reporting of amounts paid to vendors on invoicing.
