"Having been involved in hotel development and renovation projects for the past 24 years, I have had an opportunity to work with most of the purchasing agents throughout the US and Europe. While most of the reputable firms provide the same basic serves and generally do good job, GBA stands out in a number of areas.

Most firms believe their job is finished once the goods are delivered and the invoices are paid. Unfortunately, as we purchase from lower cost sources, typically overseas, there is a great risk of the goods not fully meeting the spec or arriving with latent defects. Often these problems do not appear until weeks or months after installation. GBA has done a great job of taking responsibility for such problems and getting the client a favorable resolution. Other firms are less willing to help and often want additional fees.
